Life is a dynamic school, giving us the opportunity to learn and develop new potentials. The universe brings us different situations along our path. Some situations are repetitive until we learn and become ready to enter into a next cycle. All turn around the Creation, and the Elements. We integrate the knowledge of the 5 Elements on a holistic way during the Consulting.
How aware are we of The Present?
Dharmi is a program that guides and supports individuals to observe behavior patterns: what is your way of thinking, how do you perceive and face situations, where do you stock your undigested memories and how do they influence your health. By clearing that hinder you from discovering your pure source, you overcome limiting aspects and discover a sense of integrity and alertness in the here, now.
The first step is to examine the repetitive behavior you want to change. This is done by focusing on physical reactions, emotional responses, mental beliefs and the circumstances that are related to these actions.
Invocation to the directions:
The foundation of the Dharmi technique is our relationship with the surrounding directions. Before beginning we practice a breathing exercise to integrate the power of the North, East, South, and West into our perspective and so that we will be fully grounded and aware when we begin the process.
Each physical direction is related to the elements:
In beginning the Dharmi process, we acknowledge a limitation in our life that we continue to repeat over and over even if we realize its existence. Once the limitation is identified, we define it very clearly. Our lenses of life begin to focus.

The Dharmi Cycle guides you to recognize the cause and the root of your reactions through regression and body expression. Behind the root you will discover and connect with your hidden potential, vital energy. Your power will be clarified through releasing all limitations. With this empowerment and conscious practice, you activate and manifest your intention through the creation of a mandala.
For each behavior pattern to be changed, five Dharmi sessions are recommended. In the first two classes, your self-awareness surfaces and you integrate your power into yourself. During the third session, you become conscious of your choice to go back to your old ways, or to move forward to change your situation.
The fourth and fifth sessions bring out the vital energy, recovery of a quality within you in harmony with the environment and your surroundings. Dharmi is a powerful technique that allows you to learn and grow on a deeper level. It is possible to become aware of repetitive patterns, create change, and be more positive.

The focus is at the bottom of our spiral which is the Dharmi-Focus determined previously. With our focus in mind we are guided in a meditation to find the source of this limitation. Once that source is discovered we search for the key. The key is the energy form of life, a vital power that has been hidden by these repetitive patterns. Once the key is unveiled we continue to spiral upwards, clear the space for manifestation and integration this recovered power within us.
